Scholars Quarter is a prestigious development of 100 new build apartments, located in the world-famous Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham. The development comprises of seven interconnected buildings, with three landscaped courtyards and amazing views of the city.
The project involved the part restoration and part demolition of existing buildings, as well as the erection of new part 3/4/5 storey residential buildings to provide 100 one and two bedroom apartments, along with associated infrastructure.
One Stop Consult was appointed by a valued client for this development, and we are proud to have worked on multiple projects with them. We were able to provide a range of services, including geotechnical and environmental assessments, structural engineering design, and building control. Our team ensured that the project was delivered to the highest standards, meeting all necessary regulations and guidelines.
