One Stop Consult has been appointed by Vidi Construction, a valued repeat client, for a large mixed-use development in Ashford, Kent. The project comprises of three six-storey detached residential blocks featuring underground parking, rooftop terraces, 143 apartments, retail cafe units, and communal areas.
Our team has been actively involved in the project, providing design support, advising on building regulations, attenuation, and fire safety measures. We have registered building control with our provider, and work has commenced successfully on site. The developers have already cleared the site, prepared the levels, and begun the foundation work, as depicted in the photos.
