Structural Alterations & Refurbishment – London

This project involved a comprehensive programme of structural alterations and internal refurbishment works to an existing residential property in London.

The scope of works included the installation of new structural steel beam supports to facilitate internal reconfiguration, alongside the replacement of the existing roof structure and coverings to enhance both performance and longevity. Rear elevation window openings were also replaced, improving natural light and overall aesthetics.

Internally, the property underwent significant remodelling, including the formation of a new first floor WC and utility space, together with general refurbishment works throughout.

One Stop Consult were appointed to provide Building Control services, working closely with the project team to ensure all works were carried out in full compliance with current Building Regulations. From initial commencement through to completion, our involvement helped streamline the approval process and ensure a smooth path to certification.
