This project involves the construction of a new 4-bedroom detached bungalow, delivering a high-quality residential dwelling from the ground up.

The development includes all associated works from initial groundworks and foundations through to superstructure and final completion, with a focus on achieving full compliance with current Building Regulations and performance standards.

One Stop Consult have been appointed to provide a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary service package on this project. Our involvement includes Building Control, Structural Engineering Design & Calculations, SAP Calculations, EPC, Overheating Assessments, Air Tightness Testing, Ventilation Testing, Warranty Provision, and a Geotechnical Phase 1 Desk Study.

By delivering all key compliance and design services under one roof, we are supporting the project team throughout the build process, from initial design and approvals through to final certification, ensuring a streamlined approach and reducing delays on site.
