About the project
This was three new detached homes on land beside Grafton Road in Brigstock. Plots 1 and 2 are two-storey, five-bedroom houses with attached double garages, and plot 3 is a two-storey, four-bedroom house with a detached double garage.
We provided the 10-year structural warranty and the full energy and testing package: SAP calculations, overheating assessment, water efficiency calculations, air tightness and ventilation testing, and EPCs.
Foundations went in through autumn 2023 in medium shrinkable clay, to the structural engineer's design. Block and beam floors with a radon barrier followed that November, then the blockwork and stonework and the trussed roofs. Our last inspection in August 2025 recorded all internal and external works complete.
