About the project
This was a single-storey, three-bedroom detached bungalow on land off Brindley Bank Road in Rugeley.
We provided the 10-year structural warranty alongside the SAP calculations, water efficiency calculations, air tightness and ventilation testing, and the EPC, so the client had the warranty and the compliance work in one place.
The job moved quickly. Foundations were inspected in May 2022 in sand and gravel, the superstructure was 90 percent up by June, first fix studwork was in by July, and our final visit in October 2022 recorded all internal and external works complete, with a Part M level threshold at the entrance.
