This is a single-storey rear extension on Anslow Road in Hanbury, near Burton upon Trent. We provided Building Control.
Foundations went in during January 2023, dug 0.9m deep and 0.6m wide in medium shrinkable clay, with the insulated floor following the same month.
By our November 2023 visit the blockwork and brickwork were complete and the 100mm foul drainage was connected into new 600mm inspection chambers.
