About the project
This was a single two-storey, three-bedroom detached house on Hillside Drive in Nuneaton. We provided the Structural Engineering and the 10 Year Structural Warranty.
Work started in May 2022 with foundations dug 1.0m deep and 0.6m wide in medium shrinkable clay. By June the substructure was up to damp proof course in blue bricks with the block and beam floor complete.
The walls reached the third lift in early July and the roof was on by the end of the month. First fix was finished by August 2022, and the last visit followed in January 2023.
