One Stop Consult have been instructed by another repeat client, KGBP Ltd to assist with multiple services on a new build development & domestic extensions. Comprising of a multi extension to an existing dwelling and a new build four bedroom, two storey dwelling on the land adjacent.

We have successfully assisted the developers with design stage services including a Phase I Desktop Study, SAP calculations and water usage calculations already, as well as providing private building control through our partners and our 10-Year Structural Warranty certification for the new build property.

Work has now commenced on site with the foundations for both builds being dug and ready to be poured. Having worked with the award winning contractors KGBP LTD, on multiple projects before, we’re sure this is going to be an impressive development and we look forward to bringing you further updates.
