Today marks 3 weeks since One Stop Consult released the portal system. We have been fixing bugs and minor glitches over the past couple of weeks to enhance and ensure our system is performing correctly.
The feedback off our service providers has been brilliant, we’re always noting that communication is key which helps to maintain healthy relationships between our supply chain partners and as a result deliver our products and services more efficiently from quote to completion.
Integrating the system has been a challenge over the past couple of years, with the business constantly growing the need for the portal was paramount. Having quotes saved for you on the portal system makes life a lot easier and looking for long lost emails or quotes is now a thing of the past.
We have noticed that we are able to work a lot faster as a team and find information twice as quick.
As a team we’re always looking to improve on anything within the business, there was a last minute decision with the portal, as our team decided it was originally planned for our clients and service providers to liaise direct on the system.
This was changed as we still deal with any enquiry directly with our clients but upload the quotes to the portal for our service providers to view and have one place where these stay and can be found so much easier, especially as we have been getting busier year on year.
We will continue to do web / portal updates in house and look for constant improvements to our system. Well done team.
