A repeat client has recently engaged us to assist with a package of services for this development of 1No. Two Storey dwelling, not far away in Tamworth.

We are providing some essential design and testing services for this client including; SAP Calculations with EPCs, Water usage calculations as well as Air Tightness and Extract Ventilation testing that will be carried out once the property is ready.

Further to this, we have helped the developer procure their Private Building Control and a 10-year structural warranty from our service partners, for this project. Our design services were completed on our 7-day turnaround from instruction and works are already underway onsite so we look forward to keeping you updated.
