One Stop Consult was recently instructed by a long-term contractor of ours for a range of key services on their Barn Conversion project in Islip. The client approached us for design services including L1B Conversion SAP Calculations, EPC’s and Water Usage Calculations. They also requested Private Building Control, a 10-Year Structural Warranty, and a Fire Mist Suppression System.
After providing the client with a package of quotes, we were instructed to proceed with everything except for the Fire Mist System, which will be decided upon at a later date once the plans are finalised. Design services were successfully completed and the client was able to begin construction soon after. We’re pleased to report that the project went smoothly, and we’re grateful to have played a part in its success.
