584-bed student development with a cinema, gym and rooftop terrace in Coventry city centre, on the junction of Friars Road and St Patrick’s Road near to the railway station. It will take less than two years to complete and is scheduled to be finished before the start of the 2019-2020 academic year.
The block will comprise of en-suite studio apartments, two-bed apartments and en-suite flats, available in clusters from four to six bedrooms.
Cluster flats will have shared facilities including a lounge, kitchen and dining area with a washer/dryer.
The development also has a number of communal facilities including a common room with a games zone and study hub, an on-site gym and a cinema.
The accommodation block, on the junction of Friars Road and St Patrick’s Road near to the railway station, Crosslane Group has appointed DAY Architectural as the architects and RG Group as the main contractor for the development.
We have been appointed to carry out Building Control services.
