The Paragon Building was originally five adjoining office buildings spread over 3 floors above ground a basement level. Initial works commenced with the conversion into 24 apartments. Following an additional planning application, a lightweight steel framed box was also added to the roof which provided a further 3 penthouse apartments bringing the total development to 27 open market apartments.
The apartments themselves were a mixture of 1 and 2 bedrooms were completed to a high level of specification.
We were appointed to carry out Warranty Inspections for a Leading Warranty Provider.
